We want you to love every purchase from Le'Jourdain Cosmetics. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are unopened and unused.
- Are in their original packaging.
- Are in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic or grooming products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Change of Mind
If you decide your purchase isn't right for you, eligible unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and work promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
