Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
This enables us to deliver reliably and efficiently within the United States.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Le’Jourdain Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Le’Jourdain Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.
