At Le’Jourdain Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns & Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Products are returned in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is available

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale once opened or used, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


How to Start a Return

Returns submitted outside of the portal or without approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns may be refunded as:

  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the option selected during the return request.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
